360 EPA/240 DHA is a natural fish oil concentrate which is free of potentially harmful levels of contaminants (i.e., mercury, heavy metals, PCB’s, dioxins, and other contaminants).

 

 

EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid)/DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids isolated from cold water fish. The omega-3 fatty acids are “essential” fatty acids because they are vital for normal metabolism and cannot be synthesized by the human body.

 

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for normal human growth and development, liver and kidney function as well as regulation of lipid metabolism, blood clotting activity and immune and inflammatory responses.

Dosage information:

The recommended dose of 360 EPA/240 DHA varies from 2 to 10 capsules a day depending on the targeted indication. Those exceeding the recommended doses must do so under the supervision of their physician due to the increased risk of potential side effects.
